Our Journey

Founded in 2012, the Sri Sathya Sai Sujala Sravanthi Trust began with a simple mission — to serve rural and underserved communities through clean drinking water, better sanitation, and improved infrastructure.

Over the years, its work has grown to include education, nutrition, and healthcare, with rural health centres and a free multi-specialty hospital offering preventive and primary care for conditions such as diabetes and hypertension.

Run entirely by volunteers, the Trust continues to reach those most in need with compassion and dedication, advancing holistic well-being and sustainable community development.

Hari Umakanta Rao

Sri Hari Umakanta Rao, retired Chief Engineer, Govt. of Telangana, played a key role in Mission Bhagiratha and major water supply projects in Medak and Mahbubnagar under the Sri Sathya Sai Water Supply Projects. He is currently involved in rural initiatives.

Mr. K V Rambabu

Founder & Managing Director of Pulse Pharmaceuticals, Mr. Rambabu, a commerce graduate with 40+ years in Pharma, established Pulse in 1997. Under his leadership, it has grown into a leading company, focusing on innovative products for patient well-being.

Our Inspiration

Sri Sathya Sai Baba

Sri Sathya Sai Baba was a revered spiritual leader and philanthropist, known for his teachings on universal love, service, and the unity of all religions. His philosophy emphasised the principles of love, peace, truth, right conduct, and non-violence, encapsulated in the phrase “Love All, Serve All.”

He established numerous educational institutions, hospitals, and social welfare projects, providing free education, healthcare, and drinking water to millions. Driven by the belief that service to humanity is service to God, we have been striving to engage in selfless service to uplift the needy.

The Mission

One World One Family Mission has a unique global vision that harmoniously fuses service and spirituality, extending its impact across the world. Since its inception in 2012 under the guidance of its Founder, Sri Madhusudan Sai, the Mission has established Institutes of Excellence in three key areas: nutrition, education, healthcare. All services are provided totally free of charge.

The Mission's unwavering commitment to service and spirituality has made a profound impact on communities worldwide. By nurturing young minds, empowering individuals through education, and providing free healthcare services, the Mission is actively working towards a world where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and live a life of dignity and purpose.

Sri Madhusudan Sai

Sri Madhusudan Sai is a humanitarian leader whose mission of service and spirituality extends across the globe. Since 2012, he has dedicated his life to uplifting millions through free nutrition, education, and healthcare initiatives. Guided by the ancient Indian principle of vasudhaiva kutumbakam - One World One Family, Sri Madhusudan Sai envisions a world where nations, societies, and individuals support one another as a family.

Through his tireless efforts and inspiring leadership, he has created a model of selfless service that transcends borders, touching countless lives with care and compassion, all provided free of charge and without discrimination.

Rayavarapu Kondala Rao

Sri R. Kondala Rao, Retired Engineer-in-Chief (Panchayat Raj & Rural Water Supply, Govt. of AP, 1998), has since served as Technical Advisor to the state. He led the Sri Sathya Sai Water Supply Projects, bringing water to Anantapur, Medak, Mahbubnagar, and West Godavari and executed the Chennai Water Supply Project, exemplifying dedication and service.
